Amazing and real customer service.
It was good service they did everything to help us
Tristan is a very knowledgeable sales representative with a keen eye to detail, and a customer focused worker. She sat on the phone with me for 15 minutes helping me find the part I needed even though they didn't have it in stock she ran the part numbers and searched other suppliers to help me find the part to fix my problem. To anyone thinking of dealing with this parts store I highly recommend it, and if given the option to ask for Tristan!
I’ve had a fairly bad experience price wise. A few things I’ve found for a 1/5th of the price and Canadian tire.
