Phone manners are pleasant and professional. The store is neat and organized. Prices are fare. All the counter staff acted professional and we enjoyed our visit. If this store and staff was in Ottawa they would become my favorite and go to store. FYI Google maps has the wrong side of the building to go to. It has us going to the street behind and there is no access. Sorry no photos, I didn't think to do so.

Tristan is a very knowledgeable sales representative with a keen eye to detail, and a customer focused worker. She sat on the phone with me for 15 minutes helping me find the part I needed even though they didn't have it in stock she ran the part numbers and searched other suppliers to help me find the part to fix my problem. To anyone thinking of dealing with this parts store I highly recommend it, and if given the option to ask for Tristan!
