Top notch customer service. They went above and beyond and made our purchase and tea selection process seamless especially when we needed to order a big order for guest favours. Shout out to Belle and Isabelle for their friendly attitude and help! Will return for sure!
Amazing and helpful staff. Their tea is always fresh with just the right blend of natural fruits and Jasmine fragrance…not too overpowering…just the right amount. I bought a bunch of tea from them (Okanagan Peach, Jasmine, Mango Pear and 2 others) to brew at home. I love to steep their Jasmine a bit longer to brew Honey Lemon Green Tea. Results are always fantastic. Awesome customer service from Lara and Sam and their tea knowledge was amazing
I came here one day to pick out a variety of teas. The salesperson was friendly and informative, and helped me pick out a range of teas based on my tastes. The store is clean and also has a variety of mugs and teapots for sale, a lot created by local indigenous artists! I will definitely be back once my current stash of teas runs out.
Love the teas, but I wished they had more workers so the wait time isn't so long (especially when it's backed up by one person sampling a bunch)
