Its a wall. Bigger then I thought
Interesting, someone was bored in the middle of nowhere. I was surprised how high the wall was in places. A lot of work!! He was very determined.
This is a cool little place, I grew up in Saskatchewan and it wasn't until I consciously decided to slow down and make stops along the road I travel so often that I stumbled upon this place. Constructed from 1962 to 1991, a little peice of history. Thanks to @adventures.of.trout.trilogy for making us find this adventure!
Very unique in Saskatchewan, it's a nice little drive around the fieldstone formations, there is a fantastic sod house which unfortunately probably won't be around very much longer due to deterioration, also a good spot to sit by the little lake where you can find frogs.
Not the great wall of China, but pretty amazing how much time and effort went into this creation and how many rocks there actually are in the fields. Great work!!!
