Worst experience I ever had. I was trying to place an order and I was being rushed. Truck driver here. I’ve been coming to Crete for the past six years. This was the first time trying out this place. I found the place to be pretty clean inside. The air did have a heavy fry oil smell, but they have a completely open kitchen you see as soon as you walk in. I feel like the transparency of food preparation outweighs the smell. If you’ve eaten at Great Wall before this one is not the same. Although the outside looks unkept and the place is closed, they are open. Grab a menu off the table as soon as you walk in the door to see what to order .The rice has an off flavor. The peanut butter chicken was covered in a sweet red sauce with peanuts sprinkled on top. We stopped in for dinner as we had never tried this restaurant before. The building and grounds aren’t maintained very well. One cook and one person taking orders. Ordered sweat and sour chicken that didn’t have any flavor. Service is very slow but this is mostly a take out restaurant. Food was served in styrofoam containers with plastic utensils which melted because the food was so hot. Not recommended
