Had a wonderful experience with this kayak company. They were professional, kind and informative. When I needed to change our Arch Rock reservation time, they were very accommodating. They had great gear and boats and it was a beautiful paddle.
Great guides! Very kind, caring. My wife was really nervous and Grace and Glen took great care of her she felt more at ease. The guides are all about safety and made sure we learned what we needed to know and kept us safe in the harbor where there were boats. They also told stories and showed interest in the people on the tour. Highly recommend.
We scheduled an 11am start time to see the Arch by kayak. We were driving from Petoskey. We thought we left in plenty of time to park and catch a ferry to get there on time. Well, we missed the 10:15 ferry by a minute, then were too far back in line to catch the 10:30. We ended up on the 10:45 ferry and I called to say we would be late. We had a fantastic time kayaking and snorkeling. Glen was a great guide - lots of interesting history and information about the island, and good advice about where to snorkel on a bit of a wavy day.
