We were looking for over 2 years for the perfect RV for our family. We had a minor problem with our 2013 281rlss we purchased new from Great Times Rv. Happened to be camping nearby called the dealership. Bob diagnosed my problem immediately told me how to fix it and had the part waiting for me. Saved me money time and aggravation so I could enjoy my camper. Thanks Great Time Rv keep up the good work.
The whole team there is AMAZING!!!!!! This was our 1st time purchasing a trailer and Great Time RV made it an EXCELLENT experience. Sue did our paperwork, she went over everything slowly and explained everything in detail. Jim went over the trailer with us from head to tow and gave great camping pointers when we were looking and after we purchased. Bob is the REAL DEAL!!!!! You can tell he takes pride in his trailers and really cares about his customers.

Took my 5th wheel for service. Got in sooner than I expected. I was greeted by the entire staff like I was an old friend.
