RecommendedI am 100% sure that this is THE BEST boutique in Westchester. I love to dress up and my most favorite items were purchased at Great Stuff in Scarsdale. Every item is unique, beautiful and superb quality. Every person that works there is very sophisticated, classy and professional. Look no further, this is the place to shop!

It's pricey, but has good sales and beautifully interesting items. The two sales ladies I worked with were incredibly nice, and attentive. Some of the best retail experience I've had, thank you!
Received a bracelet as a gift. Bracelet does not stay closed. Store is still selling this item even though they are aware of the defect. They told me how to get it fixed but would not exchange it for a store credit or anything. Even though they are still selling it. Bracelet will go in the garbage as I told them, and I will no longer shop there. Very poor customer service!
I asked a sales clerk to hold onto a few items while I ran across the street to my car. Upon my return, I was informed the items I had asked to be put on hold were placed back in the store. Another customer had taken the items and took them to the dressing room The sales clerk said she would handle the situation, but after about 20 mins, I was tired of waiting. They lost a sale and a future customer.
In my first time at Great Stuff, I encountered an officious, arrogant salesperson. I called to inform the owner and vent my feelings concerning this. The owner was patronizing, rude and had the audacity to suggest that I not shop in boutiques but would do better in a department store! I will take her advice and not shop at Great Stuff in the future. Her loss!
