Terrible service performed by Josh. It took him over 45 minutes to take the stupid foot shell off so the rest of the appoinment was rushed and I've left there unhappy several times. This happened every single appointment until I quit coming in. It's an hour drive for me there so it's not like it's easy to just make another appointment. I quit paying for the device after my appointment's weren't fulfilled to my satisfaction.
