2 separate experiences with services here, both extremely disappointing.
Unfortunately the worst outcome as I was unwell at the appointment time due to illness, I was refused any ongoing consultation and treatment. I was informed that as a professional outfit I had to consider their business not my health needs I did point out I was sorry for being unwell after travelling 500 km but some situations are out of our control due to this experience I could never recommend
The team are always willing to help you. Very proactive. Always receive exceptional care from both reception staff and doctors. Outstanding service for myself and family. Large range of specialists both visiting and local.
Hands down the worst practice in Albany. Not only did Dr Edward Yeboah forget to book my second surgery when he had to do bilateral carpel tunnel surgeries their psychiatrist won't see me when I had an extreme mental breakdown... I was referred there and am able to pay. The answer I got is we are a private practice go to the hospital. When blocking up the ER so that people who actually have an emergency when he could see me and help my outbursts but said it's private practice we can pick and choose is disgusting in the healt... read more
