Erin was very helpful in making it clearer why our BMPro was not working as we anticipated. (Not BMPro issue, but a wiring anomaly). Fiona was very helpful in communicating with me and booking in the MH. Just wish they could install a replacement rear camera. I would like to have given them the business.
