I recently became a client of Great Southern Environmental Services, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! This morning, I noticed a hole in my attic screen—right before guests were set to arrive at 1:00. In a bit of a panic, I texted the owner, Sean, and sent him some photos. Excellent customer service, techs are professional, knowledgeable, efficient.
Been using this company for years very excellent. The techs work with your schedule for inside spraying. The service is top notch. Going to change this review because the tech that they have been sending does not work with customers on scheduling. He constantly tries to make you go on his schedule. He does not work past noon or so he says. Enough I am done.
Great Southern has been taking care of my pest control needs for a full year now and I cannot say enough great things about them! Extremely responsive, very knowledgable, reliable, trustworthy, and all-around a great company!! They show up on time, and take care of the problem in a timely manner.
