Staff were really nice! Helped me open a new account. Bonus as they are one of the only banks that allow you to cash a foreign cheque :)

I’m trying to close my bank account and I call three times. 3rd time able to reach one of call Centre supervisor and he email me application form to fill, sign and email back to him. I emailed the application month ago but still receiving bank statement and change for monthly account fee. I’m very disappointed with this bank. By the way I opened bank account approximately 25 years ago and paid monthly fee for ?
