Absolute trash, have a mortgage through them and banked with them for YEARS, but couldn’t run my change through their machine. Only reason why I changed banks was due to me doing business on the east coast, I need a national player. Glad I switched, how pathetic.
So... After a particularly terrible experience at another bank exploring options for business accounts, I received this letter in the mail from Great Southern where I opened my personal account and have been contemplating opening a business account. This definitely seals the deal for me on which bank I want to work with. The simple effort to acknowledge a customer and let them know they are appreciated goes incredibly far with me. I will be by later this week to open my business account with you guys for sure!
