I've been with Great Southern for over 40 years. They rarely make mistakes. Online banking is very easy and safe. I was hacked once and Logan quickly helped me from getting all my money stolen. He took steps immediately to freeze my account and worked through the process to open new accounts. The transition was difficult for me to transfer all my online banking auto pay but he did everything to fix it quickly and easily. I trust Great Southern Bank and I don't plan to change.

STOP TAKING MY MONEY!! Your precious Fiserv software created a double transaction on my account. Now, I am overdrawn, with no money until next week because of this issue. Only one transaction authorization from CU, yet I was charged twice. Second issue I have had with you people this week. Enough is enough!

You all have a older lady with dark hair and glasses. She's rude/no personality. I go by my middle name and she constantly and rudely asks me who Brook is. It's clearly on my id and printed out on my deposit slip. Today I sat in the drive through for about 10 minutes. I sat there watching as they help two people who i was ahead of. I finally asked them to send my checks back trough because I couldn't wait any longer. Where is your customer service. And is this why I see new faces at this branch all the time. So, these folks went above and beyond for me doing the deposits for our Girl Scout troup. They recognized the hard work the girls and their families did to raise money. Support your local best. Thank you for the little things that make life a great southern thing.
