I recently needed a tap-enabled card, as the place where I work only accepts tap payments in their cafeteria. Unfortunately, my current card did not have that feature. When I contacted my local branch, I was informed that since my card was otherwise functioning properly, I would be charged a $5 fee to receive a new card with tap functionality. Updated: They were rated one star. I did talk to a manager, and he listened to feedback. I am satisfied with his response. I banked here prior, even before it was Great Southern Bank. I think I still get birthday cards from them. I switched to a bank that had my car loan and I did not like it. I came in because I know this bank was a good option when I did bank with them. I banked here prior, even before it was Great Southern Bank. I think I still get birthday cards from them. I switched to a bank that had my car loan and I did not like it. I came in because I know this bank was a good option when I did bank with them. I came in to open a new one up and dealt with a very unfriendly banker.
