I have used several banks over the years and have never liked one better than Great Southern in Newton!!! I had an account for many yrs then left because I got a home loan at another bank because my husband wanted to use that bank. They offered 500 dollars towards our loan if I moved my account. I recently needed a tap-enabled card, as the place where I work only accepts tap payments in their cafeteria. Unfortunately, my current card did not have that feature. When I contacted my local branch, I was informed that since my card was otherwise functioning properly, I would be charged a $5 fee to receive a new card with tap functionality.
