Very friendly staff
This location has the slowest employees of them all. Customer service is not what they have on their minds. We mainly use the drive-through, which gives a clear view of the tellers. Talking and laughing with each other, all while holding your deposit in their hand and NOT taking care of the customer quickly. It's maddening! You're at their mercy and good luck if you're in a hurry that day!

After discovering a data breach on an unrelated online service, I promptly informed Great Southern and decided to close my current account, opening a new one instead. To my dismay, my bank informed me that I would be unable to use their online banking until I scanned my computer for viruses. It's frustrating to be denied access to my finances while trying to secure my account. This experience has led me to reconsider my loyalty to GSB, as I seek better support elsewhere.
This bank has always gone out of its way to provide a great place to run a business. The tellers are always pleasant and fast. The banker Maisha at this particular location is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and anything we ran into we were not sure on, she did the leg work to get an immediate answer. I really enjoy coming in here.
