Well, we had to pull out of the drive through because they were so slow with the driver in front of us that it was almost 10 minutes so we just went inside to cash a refund check from Joplin hospital. The teller looked at the check for a few minutes, as if she wasn't going to cash the check because she had confusion on her face like she thought the check was fake or something. Never banked with an establishment who spends so little on reliable and accurate online access. Complained for years about the online account posting system. After your establishment closes for business hours, my account should still reflect what it did at 5pm compared to 9pm Your posting system doesn't accurately reflect the actual availability of balance even when the debit or credit lines are listed ,at this point pass out balance ledgers freely for customers since your internet based one is never accurate.
