Great bank! Was very nice of them to allow me to open an account without meeting the minimum balance requirement. Usually it is $25, but they allowed me to do $10. Which was definitely something they didn't need to do. Recommend banking with them if you want nice employees who can help and understand for scenarios such as this.
Well, we had to pull out of the drive through because they were so slow with the driver in front of us that it was almost 10 minutes so we just went inside to cash a refund check from Joplin hospital. The teller looked at the check for a few minutes, as if she wasn't going to cash the check because she had confusion on her face like she thought the check was fake or something. She did finally cash our check after she studied the check for a very long 5 minutes. It's good that she cashed the check because I'm about to point w... read more
