Manager Kendra is super unhelpful. The rest of the staff seems more than happy to help with my financial endeavors but for some reason when I was put in touch with Kendra, she did zero listening. I told her I didn’t want a hard credit inquiry on my credit score, and she continued to ask me questions for a preapproval which led me to believe it wasn’t going to effect my score. This bank recently “misplaced” a deposited check that we made to our account. We were handed a deposited slip, but the next day we realized the money was not in our account. Bank location was unhelpful on what happened, and the customer service line said they would research it and get back to me in a couple of days. They refused to make any funds available, even though we had a proper deposit slip. This is unfortunately not the first time this bank has done this. I do not recommend banking with them.
