This bank is possibly the most worthless bank I have ever had no support after hours at all not open at all on Saturdays I have had issue after issue using my card at random places when I called to have a new card sent out because I don't have time to go to a branch up to 3 weeks to get a new one sent out are you kidding me oh and one more thing trying to hold a cashiers check for 7 days I'll soon be switching I haven't had time but now's the time
Got an bank account and got something so I didn't overdraft and still did and now I have to pay out of pocket for it when it's literally not even my fault hate this bank. Don't suggest it honestly unless you want to go bankrupt.
Manager Kendra is super unhelpful. The rest of the staff seems more than happy to help with my financial endeavors but for some reason when I was put in touch with Kendra, she did zero listening. I told her I didn’t want a hard credit inquiry on my credit score, and she continued to ask me questions for a preapproval which led me to believe it wasn’t going to effect my score.
