This bank has wonderful staff that go the extra mile with service and the bank is very cute during the holidays.
Worst banking industry for a small business EVER. They make it so hard for a small business to succeed when dealing with them. With the restrictions the stipulations and all the hoops you have to jump through in order to maintain business there is absolutely freaking ridiculous. Loyalty holds no bounds that someone who's been dealing business with them for over 10 years I can assure you that loyalty in history with the bank does not mean a damn thing. Avi and her team are second to none! They’re always helpful and will always go the extra mile for their customers. She has made Great Southern a tremendous part of this community!
Employees are very nice at branch but internal bank policies are behind the times. Mobile banking is a joke and their technology is poor at best. Lots of choices out there. Wouldn’t recommend.
