Been coming here since 2016, there very professional.
I would absolutely NOT recommend this facility. The “Front desk” staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming. Most of my Physicians are Northwell Doctors, so I rescheduled my MRI in the Smithtown location…… a difference of night and day. Avoid Great South Bay.
Went to GSB on 12/2/24 for a CT chest and ultrasound of kidneys and bladder. 12/3/24 went for a nuclear kidney test at Southside University Hospital. Before the day was out I got results on these northwell test on their platform. IT IS 4 DAYS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NO RESULTS ON THE CHEST CT SCAN WHICH IS TO COMPARE WITH OTHER CHEST SCANS TO DETERMINE THE SIZE OF MY NODULE FOR SURGERY. WTH! Great South Bay is awesome. The staff are very pleasant, always eager to help and polite I love going to this office. It’s always neat and clean.
