Messed up my husband's tooth several times and charged each time he went back to have them do it correctly. When it broke AGAIN, and he called to have it fixed, they hung up on him.
Do not go here if you need medical clearance for surgery. They will not give you clearance, no infection was present!!!
Needed to get set with a new dentist after moving back into the area and I'm so happy I chose Great Smiles! The hygienist was amazing for my cleaning and kept me informed through my whole visit (even letting me know what insurance wasn't likely to cover so I had a heads up)! Dr. Jordan was friendly, and great to work with! I will definitely be going back for future visits!
Great office with great staff and providers! My two daughters aged 5 & 7 have only had positive experiences from their hygiene visits to filling appointments. They both highly recommend Dr.McDonald as their dentist! I’m so grateful to have found this office & for all of the positive experiences they encounter every visit!
We have been going to Great Smiles since as long as I can remember. The Staff are all exceptional! The hygienists and Dentists are top notch. The added bonus is having two office locations in Janesville and Milton.
