Do not take your children here! Extremely unprofessional, didn’t try to calm my daughter down at all just told us to hold her down & within 3 minutes of her crying the doctor said he wouldn’t see her and was referring her to Pittsburgh after we drove from Erie twice for this appointment, I would never any child here they do not have the patience or training.
She’s a very caring and patient dentist who takes time with everyone. She always explains how to care properly for teeth after any procedure and follow ups. She will be missed. Nothing but blessings be upon you Dr. Butler and your team always.
Dr. Butler and her lively partner Ms. Windy are top shelf in every imaginable way. They simply are beyond comparison and we are super grateful for them.
