Dr. Reeves is the BEST ! !!! 🤗 and his assistant Fernanda is very supportive. Their team makes my procedures easy and calm.
My dentist of 20+ years retired during COVID. His replacement unfortunately was not a good fit for me and my family. My cousin who’s a dentist and attended dentistry school with Dr. Reeves recommended him. My first experience with Dr. Reeves was excellent. I’m disappointed with my experience regarding billing transparency and treatment recommendations at this dental office. After my visit, I was billed amounts that did not align with my understanding of the treatment plan or my insurance coverage. When I asked for clarification, the explanations changed and additional charges were introduced later, including balances that were not clearly communicated upfront. I thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism and friendly staff. Dr. Freed was very detailed when explaining my condition/treatment plan. Their staff definitely treats their clients with a high level of care. Very clean facility/equipment. One of their newest patient for life!
