Saved my lots of money on imaging and the shot I received was way cheaper and it has helped my pain tremendously inside my hand!
Older woman at front desk has always been rude. Has incorrectly scheduled me 2 different times even when I had my card with the correct appointment time. Drove 45min to get there just to say I need to be rescheduled and she can’t do anything even though it was her fault. I give the Dr there 5 stars, but I give 0 stars to the older receptionist.
Horrible experience herea I was 3minutes late due to snow and my car not driving well and drove AN HOUR to get there for them to tell me I can't be seen. I even called ahead and said I was going to be late and they said we will see when you get here And as soon as I walked in she said nope. You have to be rescheduled. No I'm sorry or anything just rudeness. I tried to explain what happened and all the girl had to.say was "DO YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO MY SUPERVISOR?!" I GIVE THIS LLACE ZERO STARS.
