This place schedules me 35 days out on 30 day prescriptions. I have brain and lung cancer, stage 4 met. Not sure why this office makes me completely stop my meds for days.... because of scheduling. I went to the office yesterday and today. They just told me to go home and wait for thier automated service. They don't have to do things this way, they choose to do it this way, No matter the effect on my health or personal life; Or any other obligations I may have in life. Seems they just really don't care.
Normally due to professional reasons, I wouldn't leave bad review for some companies. However due to recent changes resulting in a personal matter, I'm making an exception. Most, if not all, of the staff is friendly. But I question their billing and management. I'll leave it to that. Recently I chose to go to different clinic. I requested my information to be sent over from GSP to the new clinic, which they did. Extremely irresponsible dental clinic. They rescheduled me 3-4 times and at the last minute. I was never able to be treated by them except a short evaluation. Hopefully they are better than they were 2 years ago. They should have lost their license for dentistry.
I wasn't feeling well cause of a cold and the weather. Always takes or took temp cause of the covid, and takes the pulse and ask you questions cause I have cold cause of the weather and swabbed by nostrils cause of the covid. I had all my vaccine shots already, but they swabbed my nose to be on the safe side. The nurses said I sounded fine. No Covid.
