Rip did a thorough inspection of or roof. He looked inside and out. He took pictures and explained each area of concern. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and had plan to solve our roofing issues. Rip was friendly and professional and we look forward to working with Great Roofing & Restoration soon.
Recently my house suffered from a windstorm and rodent damage. I contacted Great Roofing & Restoration and my insurance company for the claim. Adam Faulkner is the representative from Great Roofing & Restoration handling this case. He is very professional and technically well verse in this trade. During the claim and repair process, he is very responsive and giving me a prompt update. With his professional performance, I would like to recommend him to my friends and other customers.
Nick did a fantastic job managing the project. I had problems initially with insurance but they were able to get everything right with them. Whenever I had questions Nick was quick to respond. The roofers did a great job. They were courteous and left everything clean and looking new. I strongly recommend doing business with these folks. 2 years out and the roof still looks great. Ryan Lephart and his roofing crew are rock stars. They just finished roofing our condos and they did an awesome job. They were very professional, responsive and made sure everything was cleaned up and left the property looking great.
