I had Great Roof to come out and look at a problem that I had with a leak. First, I was given a courtesy call and they were here at our appointment time right on the dot. The young man that was sent out was extremely courteous, friendly and very professional. He immediately examine the problem areas. He took pictures of the problem and even addressed other issues that can be a concern in the future. He explained to me detail of everything I need to know to get the job done. Needed a repair. Used the chatbot to make an appointment which was so easy to do and Mr. Roy Brown came out the very next morning to inspect the roof and just went right to work on it . I was so impressed with everything he did. He explained everything to me took pictures to show me what he did and even did an overall inspection of the roof and very affordable. What an outstanding company !
