I cannot say enough about how wonderful Roy was when he came to assess our issue. I thought it was a roof leak because of spots on my ceiling after the rain. Roy went onto our roof and there were no signs of it being a roof leak. He went into both attics and found that our issue stemmed from compromised insulation on the metal duct. The quote I received was quick accurate and affordable the materials arrived the day before the work was to be performed. Then on the day of work they showed up early because of how miserably hot it was in Alabama they were done before 2:00 work took approximately 5 hours they cleaned up extremely well I found nothing that I needed to worry about. I am so happy that I came across Great Roof. This company is so qualified and no everything about the legality of what the roof should have..... I almost ended up with a different roof person company that did not know the difference of damage on the roof.. Ryan has been so patient with me and Explains things very carefully with me when I don't understand because they communicated with my claims adjuster. These guys are absolutely amazing. I thought I had a big leak and called around to 5 different companies to set up estimates. Just from my interaction over the phone great roof was hands-down the best. Ryan was so sweet and explained everything to me.
