The appointment itself was great. Liked the fact that there was new equipment which made removing my plaque much easier. Once again, I do not like being bombarded with confirmation emails AND texts. However, nobody seems to care about this.
This was my first visit to my new dental practice and my new dentist, Dr. Kanbar. It was smooth and painless! Vicky worked with me to make sure my insurance would cover the cleaning and guided me through the process of transferring my previous dentist's XRay records to them. Rosa, my hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing, which made the entire cleaning stress free. Great staff that listens. I especially appreciate how the practice keeps up with the latest technology. It must be expensive to do so, but you can see the results.
