We rented the whole house for our family reunion. The views were wonderful, beds very comfortable, and kitchens were well stocked. It was also very clean, We loved the porch and patio seating and used for some meals. The trains were bothersome on the first night but I didn't notice them after that. It was a challenge for some of us getting up the multiple steps to get into the house but the results were worth it. It met our needs perfectly.

As a group of 8 women friends, we rented the entire house and it was so perfect for our group! This beautiful historic home had everything we needed, the porches were great to sit and watch the sunset or enjoy morning coffee, the bedrooms were spacious and comfy, and there was never a wait for a bathroom:) Communication and contactless entry were a breeze. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

We were in the area visiting Kinstone, and stayed for two nights. Our room was wonderful, with a view of the Mississippi. It's so homey with a kitchen on the second floor the guests could use. We sat on the curved porch to watch the sunset and have a glass of wine. Very nice! I would highly recommend this place!

Came to the area for a college football game at Winona State University and rented the entire house for the weekend. The house has been very nicely updated throughout. All of the bedrooms were spacious, had plenty of linens and were very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we prepared. The road out front is fairly busy and the trains at night can be a little loud but the views were great. Highly recommend!
