It was hard choosing the rating I had for this place. When my roommates and I moved into our house, we found it very dirty. The floors hadn't been cleaned, the shower head was completely calcified, and my roommate's mom (who was a professional cleaner at one point) found mice feces and urine in our cupboards. I’ve rented from a few different businesses in Winona and I have to say renting from GRMS was my best experience! Paul is an awesome landlord who is very accommodating and gets things done in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a place to live in Winona, go see Paul!
I rented my first apartment with Great River and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent in Winona. They responded to any request/need in a very prompt and professional manner, and everyone was super helpful and nice!
The basis of any good relationship, especially with renting a living space, is communication. This was the wirst experience I’ve ever had with a landlord. Don’t expect to be able to communicate or have a two sided conversation with this “company”. Their title is very misleading as is their first impression.
