Great place, easy to work with
Clean, bright, cozy, and welcoming place to stay. We have stayed here twice. This is a fantastic place to stay when we visit Lake City. We'll be back!
We stayed in unit 206. This unit is touted to be available for 7 with only 1 bathroom. The unit was very clean and had ample pillows, blankets, sheets, and towels. A garage space is provided. The garage entry bay is extremely narrow so only a car or midsize SUV will fit but there is parking outside as well. The garage space is sufficient and the space is secured with passcodes. Great River Flats is absolutely beautiful. We stayed for five nights. The view is spectacular. The rooms are immaculate, modern, & cozy. Management is top tier. 5 star experience all around. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
