The staff at GRFCU is second to none! They are there for YOU, not for them like other banks.
I received a check from a patron of this Credit Union and when I went to the drive-thru to cash it, I was told I need to come in to the bank and it would cost $5. I refused to do this and called management to find out the reason for this, I was told it was in the name of security. Why on Earth do we have people sign the checks and sign signature cards if you're unwilling to go through the work to make sure that the checks are accurate by cross-referencing signatures. to me this is just an easy way to charge extra service fee... read more
this bank is doing an excellent job handling my money for the last two years. i do have some issues with getting my balance during normal business hours after 35 minutes of the opening start time of them opening for the day; especially when i call them. maybe its the phone system they use or something. if they fix that issue i would have gave them more stars.
