I would highly recommend Tyler's company Great Ridge Construction. His work is high-quality and attention to detail is unrivaled. He is not the cheapest but that is because he does not cut corners on quality. If a contractor gives you a price that sounds good and is "too good to be true", it's usually because they are cutting corners somehow somewhere as I have found out over time.
