I got a car from here a few weeks back. I can honestly say wow what an amazing experience. I was totally impressed with how it went. Spoke with umer he answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable not just about the car I was interested in but the stock that he had and the process which he explained an talked through every step of the way with me. Just brought a fabulous car from a very honest and trustworthy man, extremely polite both him and staff , made us feel good about buying a car from him, top notch guy, will definitely go there again.
Doesn't answer the phone. Has a really annoying "The person you're calling knows you're calling" that goes on repeat over and over again. Making it very difficult to wait longer than a few minutes. Decided to go to the dealership only to find out the car I wanted to look at had already been sold even though it was still on the site.
Got a car for my daughter. Plenty of choice but settled for a citroen c4 similar to her last car. Umar showed us around the car and we had a test ride. We pointed out a couple of things that needed doing. On collection everything was put right and more. I would certainly go there for my next car. He was a lovely man ,very helpful and honest and trustworthy.
I visited Great Rides on 5th May 2026, with an interest in a Nissan qashqai, as other people have said Umer is a real gentleman, very friendly and very knowledgeable about his cars. I mentioned to Umer that I had one more car to look at elsewhere, and said I would ring back in the afternoon, unfortunately for Umer it was at this second visit that I found out my wife through a life ending illness is able to take on a motability scheme car, which changed things completely.
