Brilliant place. Was met with great customer service offering a number of drinks. Waited to get the car as Umer had realised that the car didn’t have air con so he got that sorted and was offered another drink due to waiting time. Then was advised to rebook car into the garage due to a noise the mechanic which I did and today I took it and it was sorted whilst I was given a curtsey car. Overall I’m extremely happy with the car that’s been taken and the service received. Think this will be my favourite place to get all cars
I got a car from here a few weeks back. I can honestly say wow what an amazing experience. I was totally impressed with how it went. Spoke with umer he answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable not just about the car I was interested in but the stock that he had and the process which he explained an talked through every step of the way with me. Just brought a fabulous car from a very honest and trustworthy man, extremely polite both him and staff , made us feel good about buying a car from him, top notch guy, will definitely go there again.
Doesn't answer the phone. Has a really annoying "The person you're calling knows you're calling" that goes on repeat over and over again. Making it very difficult to wait longer than a few minutes. Decided to go to the dealership only to find out the car I wanted to look at had already been sold even though it was still on the site.
Got a car for my daughter. Plenty of choice but settled for a citroen c4 similar to her last car. Umar showed us around the car and we had a test ride. We pointed out a couple of things that needed doing. On collection everything was put right and more. I would certainly go there for my next car. He was a lovely man ,very helpful and honest and trustworthy.
