I hired great rate movers to move my son from DC to Philadelphia. They were unbelievably exceptional. They started at about 9:00 a.m. and didn't finish the move until nearly 11:00. P.m. In Philadelphia, they had two long flights of stairs to carry everything, and the third flight to carry everything up to the kitchen and dining room, and never complained. They were careful with everything, and nothing was damaged. I can't recommend them more highly.

We contacted a broker in Fl to move my mother to NC. While we did not know it was a broker, our experience getting loaded up and getting everything ready proved to be nothing less than difficult and disappointing. It turns out the broker used a different company to load and another one to drive and unload.
