I had an appointment at the Dickinson office this past Monday. This is the first time I have ever received competent help with my CPAP machine. I've been to Key Care Medical in Minot and it is totally ridiculous. The staff at GPRS actually knows the products and cares about their customers. I would go as far as to say if you live within 200 miles of Dickinson and are frustrated with level of care you receive for your CPAP, make the trip. My prayers have been answered and I can finally rest in peace.
We were on vacation and my husband forgot his CPAP mask. They were so helpful and he had such a great experience with him. We really appreciated how helpful and friendly they were.
This wheel chair and vehicle ramp has been amazing for my client! Jack and Christian were awesome to work with! They got everything installed in a timely manner, showed us how to work it until we were both comfortable with operating everything. These guys know what it means to support a veteran! I definitely recommend giving them a call!
Well I don't have any idea how your Google your Google rating has improved so much, because quite frankly since the company was purchased it has only gotten worse as a company. Over the last 5 years this company has gotten worse in every aspect that I can think of. I only go there for CPAP supplies yet getting them sometimes can be an act of God.
