I use Great Plains for my specialty prescription. They have been very helpful and easy to work with. They were able to be of great assistance with all the necessary paperwork. I feel like I’m getting individualized assistance every month
At first it was confusing when calling to check on my prescription. I couldn't get a straight answer on when my medications would arrive. Then I receive a text message that it was ready for pickup. So we got up early and drove to the pharmacy to get the medicine. A young lady came out and said it had been shipped the previous day. She was very friendly and polite. These good people care about there customers, they mail my wife's shot to her every month. Are local pharmacy won't even order it for her because they can't make enough money on it, that's what the told us.
