Not super impressed. Their attention to detail lacks. I started the lending process here , in pursuit of buying my first home. I admit I forgot to submit a portion of documentation they needed. But, was denied when I should not have been (since received a loan for a new home with another lender without issue). Once denied ALL communication stopped.
