Older motel but very clean no BUGS and the bed didn't kill my back I slept like a baby and felt great when I got up. The lady that owns the motel is 80 something my guess - she is very sweet and helpful and the rates are reasonable she actually is the cheapest motel in town and when giving cash she will even cut you a deal that's save her on the percent of using your credit card would I stay there again hell yeah I've been here for 9 days and I am very comfortable love the flat screen tv too. Its small but very clean and is quite comfortable the lady that runs it is just a sweet as can be and the price is decent $50 dollars a night also stores and places to eat are within walking distance
Are you kidding me? How can this place even get one star? I have never seen a worse place. This place does not deserve a review. Hell, they even got roach traps in the room we are in. The carpet has not been vacuumed in years. To tell everything wrong, and disgusting about this place would take me the rest of the night, and I need to sleep. My advice to anyone looking for a motel in Perryton TX, do not stay here.
