Choy’s service shined through his attention to detail, personalized client experience, and curated insight with vehicles. Special shoutout to Kevin the General Manager and Darci the Finance Manager for working their magic alongside Choy to send me home with a brand new bronco!
Abysmal service, can not recommend against this dealership more. Do not stand behind their work, had 3 engines put into a single vehicle, within 125 thousand km (all recalls and fords fault). Was given run around after run around. Please, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else in the world to buy a vehicle. Keith in finance is the only one there that is absolutely fantastic at his job.
I recently took my SUV in for an SGI claim and had such a great experience thanks to Melissa at Ford in Weyburn. She was quick, incredibly detail-oriented, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her service is exactly why I choose to come back to this dealership. I highly recommend asking for her!
