Lloyd and Nicholas Davies at Great Plains Computer in Marion are my heroes! My laptop was taken over by a new user, "TEMP", 2 weeks ago and it was a blood pressure raising event. At first I thought all my documents and pix were gone...eventually found them but had to reset everything every day. Browser, tabs, settings...everything! I even spent 2 days backing up all my files to a flash drive from the service that constantly protects it. The guys knew just what to do and their charge was incredibly reasonable.
