Called these guys with a rather complex problem. Christopher and other employees (I didn't get their names) spent hours of their time researching and figuring out a solution for me. Super friendly service, and very knowledgeable employees.
Excellent customer service. I called on a Saturday to get a new belt for my mower. They stayed open an extra 5 minutes and were very nice. I really appreciate customer service and look forward to coming back.
I was asked to leave the store after i got upset that it has been close to 4 years that i have tried to get an insurance claim taken care of. And they could not get a radiator hose for my compact tractor wanting me to wait 6 weeks before they would look at it,. The manager or owner of the store refused service to me and asked me to leave. I think that waiting on them to take care of a 4 year old claim that i have gone in several times to get done after they had taken pictures of it in more than 4 occasions and several excuse... read more
