Great customer service the staff makes you feel welcome they were friendly and courteous go out of their way to help you with your equipment as well as all your questions.
Called these guys with a rather complex problem. Christopher and other employees (I didn't get their names) spent hours of their time researching and figuring out a solution for me. Super friendly service, and very knowledgeable employees.
Excellent customer service. I called on a Saturday to get a new belt for my mower. They stayed open an extra 5 minutes and were very nice. I really appreciate customer service and look forward to coming back.
I was asked to leave the store after i got upset that it has been close to 4 years that i have tried to get an insurance claim taken care of. And they could not get a radiator hose for my compact tractor wanting me to wait 6 weeks before they would look at it,. The manager or owner of the store refused service to me and asked me to leave.
