After posting my original review about the terrible experience I had with this plumber (Jeff), he responded publicly claiming that I was “not one of his customers.” This is completely false. I have attached proof of payment and the invoice for the job he performed — replacing my hot water tank — which clearly shows that I was indeed his customer. The installation was done carelessly. Great Pacific Plumbing is excellent. This was the second time in four years I’ve had an issue with my hydronic heating system, and on both occasions, Jeff responded quickly and resolved the problem with prompt, professional service.
