I hired this plumber (Jeff) to replace a hot water tank, and the experience was an absolute nightmare. The installation was done carelessly — he failed to fasten crucial parts correctly, which led to a severe leak shortly after the job was completed. This caused extensive water damage to my property that could have been completely avoided with proper workmanship.
