Took my chainsaw in for repair in August 2025. Business underwent two managers changes. Fast Forward to February 2026, still no resolution. Spoke with owner Josh, who apologized for the inconvience and said the mechanic who disassembled my saw, was no longer employed. To make things right, he swapped out my saw for a reconditioned saw at no charge. Josh the owner personally delivered the saw to my home. Thats the way business should be done. Thanks

Took my chainsaw here for a diagnostic. 20ish minutes of poking and prying for them to tell me "maybe I can take this apart and run it through the ultrasonic cleaner, but I can't promise anything" Charged me 60$ for that diagnosis, no repair, not even a certain 'here's the problem' So I took it to another place. Man walks up, takes one look at it and immediately identifies the problem and fixes it in under 3 minutes. Charged 20$. I insisted on giving the man 60$ since thats what the competition Charged for literally nothing.... read more
