A few years ago Jay did over $15,000 of landscaping and we were very satisifed. A few weeks ago we called, e-mailed and called again to ask him to repair a gate and more landscaping. Jay FINALLY responded to the e-mails and we called him. He said he would call the following day to make an appointment. Of course he never called. I called him twice more and left messages. He never called us back. He's good at his job--if you can ever get a hold of him. Luckily I found another landscaper that is much more reliable.
