If you want it, this place has it. Love this store
Always nice but the only problem I have with the place is every time I go in there I lose money haha
I bought a spinning rod a few weeks ago here and the sales guy mentioned that if I broke it just bring it back. Well, a few weeks later, the tip got caught in my truck's door trim and snapped. Totally my fault for not paying attention. I returned it and they replaced it with no questions asked. Several big box outdoor stores are closer but I will stick with driving a little farther for this kind of service. And by the way, the inventory at TGO is better than the big boxes.
Sucks!! The staff there were young smart ***es and misdirected me in the store purposely. I am retired and was just browsing at the time, but that is no way to treat a potential customer. I collect guns as a hobby and have over 40 right now. I will never purchase a firearm form them.
I have purchased a crossbow, shotgun and an AR from Jason....the prices are good and the customer service is great. Jason provides me with good customer service every time I shop at The Great Outdoors.
