RecommendedI went in yesterday to buy a gift that I knew nothing about. Lizzie was so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Because of that, I bought an additional gift that I had planned to order online. Lizzie was completely knowledgeable about it, as well. The complimentary gift wrapping is icing on the cake!

Tim and company has a fantastic crew. Purchased a Yakima roof rack system and had some difficulty with the foot pads. The staff had no qualms in assisting and ensuring the equipment fit perfectly to our vehicle. This is the type of customer service every business should strive to exceed. Outstanding!
Drew spent over an hour and a half talking me through the different features and different purposes of each KAYAK. He helped me make the right decision for me,great experience and great store!!!
Customer service was over the top. Drew and Earl were extremely helpful all day. Both were very informative, and answered every question with several different explanations of examples to go along with their knowledge. They weren’t just trying to get us to buy the top dollar kayak, they really tried meeting every need we had. Top notch folks who are doing it right. Thanks again, pics to come when it warms up!
Great store! Marissa spent an hour with me to find a pair of hiking shoes. She was very knowledgeable and in addition to an excellent lesson on shoe construction and fit, patiently let me try on about 5 different pairs of shoes until I found the right one. She knows her stock and has lots of first hand experience with the products she sells. The staff here are helpful, knowledgeable, and enjoy working here. For everything outdoors, this is the place to go.

Great store! Didn't know much about hiking the staff was so so helpful. Literally suggested me pants, base layers and helped pick out shoes. If you need hiking stuff don't go anywhere else.
