I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Ms. Hiba, one of the most kind-hearted and professional people I’ve ever met. During our recent visit to the hospital, I was unsure how to book an Uber for transportation, and when I approached Her for help, she went far beyond what anyone would expect. Without hesitation, she used her personal Uber app to book a ride for us and even paid for it herself, kindly refusing to accept any reimbursement. The most incredible hospital, with absolute angels working in it. We’ve just spent a few days at the panther ward, and every single person, from nurses to surgeons, to play team to cleaning staff.. were just amazing. A million thanks to everyone from urology, I know our case was a minor compared to what many other families are going through.. but never the less, the fact that my tiny toddler asked when we are coming back, and whether the nurses (especially Niamh) and doctors will come visit her at her house, speaks volumes. ... read more

Amazing staff, so compassionate, considerate and accommodating. We liaised with the surgeon the anaesthetist and the nurses on Squirrel ward , the quality of care given was honestly amazing. The room was spotless, they provided small toys to help make our daughter comfortable and were very polite and kind to us. Thank you to the Squirrel night staff for getting us though this nightmare.
