Stayed at one of their accommodations for a weekend with some friends and it was a massive pain. Basically had to solve the DaVinci code to find the keys and then get into the place because the instructions were rubbish. Then they try to nickle and dime you for everything. After all payment has been made they let us know a couple of days before bedding wasn't provided but they could provide sheets for an extra $100.
