What an exceptional team. I stayed in a holiday rental apartment for a work event and returned to Melbourne only to realise I left some important belongings in the apartment. Mandy and the team at Great Ocean Road Rentals Lorne, went above and beyond to send back my items via express post. Stayed at one of their accommodations for a weekend with some friends and it was a massive pain. Basically had to solve the DaVinci code to find the keys and then get into the place because the instructions were rubbish. Then they try to nickle and dime you for everything. After all payment has been made they let us know a couple of days before bedding wasn't provided but they could provide sheets for an extra $100.
