House was great. Lovely and cosy by the fire at night. Wonderful bird life. Accommodation managers were available when I needed you through our stay. They were able to accommodate late check out. The house was lovely. 1 point off because the shower drain was blocked which was pretty gross - but I gave them that feedback so I am sure they will fix before next booking.
Absolutely breathtaking property — we didn’t want to leave! Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and maintained to incredibly high standards. Truly a 5-star experience. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing stay at Omaroo Wye River. The team at the Lorne office were great. I did call the reservations line and they were based offshore which was not ideal as they were unable to answer any questions about the area. I asked to be transferred to someone in Australia and once I got through to the Lorne office all my questions were answered. I’d also like to mention when the Lorne office didn’t answer the call was intercepted by the Anglesea office which assisted me. I would definitely book through this company again... read more
A great place to go for a relaxing getaway. The host has provided clear instructions on appliances. The view was fantastic. Will come back again.
